Our HSE Mission: 

At Tripod, we are committed to the wellbeing of our staff, contractors, clients’ staff as well as the environment in which we work.

To this end, we ensure that accidents are prevented or reduced to as low as reasonably practicable. We also ensure that our activities do not impact negatively both on the flora and fauna of the environment in which we operate.

Through our Health, Safety and Environment Policy, Tripod seeks to improve performance, satisfy legal and client requirements, and meet its responsibilities to people and the environment.

Our Policy objectives are summarized as follows:

• To ensure management and individual responsibility for safety.
• To establish a culture that promotes Health, Safety and Environmental matters.
• To ensure competent and suitable staff and contractors.
• To ensure a safe place of work with safe access and egress.
• To ensure safe working practices and adequate supervision.
• To ensure adequate response to emergencies.
• To undertake audits, assessments and review of the management system

We plan to achieve these through genuine commitment, leadership and line management participation tied to performance incentives. As a statement of fact, HSE is a direct responsibility of our line management
